I have a surprise for my husband that I know he is going to love. I was able to get london theatre tickets for him for his birthday. His birthday is the day after tomorrow and the tickets are for this weekend. The seats that I got are fantastic, we will be sitting in the center of the fourth row. The best part is the price that I paid, they are worth a lot more. We have both wanted to see this particular show ever since it opened, I am glad that we are finally getting a chance. It has received rave reviews. I know a couple of people who have seen it already and they have said that it is the best play that they have ever seen. I know that we will have a wonderful time. We should find a nice restaurant and really make a night out of it.

My Handbag Works Just Fine for Me
Wednesday, February 15th, 2012I love black handbags, and my favorite handbag does not have a brand name, although it was bought in a store. It’s a little bit mysterious because the store also does not have a name. No matter the strange circumstances, though, the handbag I got from that store with no name seemed to be made just for me. It is not too big, nor is it too small, it is black and its shape is somewhat like a square but with just enough widening at the top edges for it to allow some books, a purse, an umbrella, keys, change and anything else a person would like to carry. Incidentally, I carry some books (for classes), a purse, an umbrella, keys, change and, from time to time, other things. The flat black color is excellent as it does not draw attention and looks very businesslike. The bag always manages to stay flat no matter what I put in it, and it’s very handy for storing under my desk or in a cupboard. All the other handbags I’ve seen are giant, bulky things that can carry three watermelons and a bunch of grapefruits at most, even when there is nothing but a cellphone in the bag. However my bag is just right. What’s more, my handbag seems to fit perfectly in any occasion. I don’t know, but sometimes it seems like it has changed slightly so it can blend in. I think that my eyes are tricking me, but it doesn’t matter because I find myself in love with the bag more and more. Right now I need a new travel bag. I wonder if I can get one at the shop with no name?
The Brother CS6000i – I Have a New Toy to Play With!
Wednesday, February 15th, 2012Only the other day I purchased a Brother CS6000i Computerized Sewing Machine. My old sewing machine gave up the ghost and I did lots of research on the Internet to find a machine that would be a good replacement.
I was absolutely amazed at the number of sewing machines that you could buy for so little. But I gradually figured out that the cheaper ones didn’t come with a free arm – and I certainly needed one of those. I don’t know how anyone can sew without the convenience of being able to slip a sleeve hole or cuff over the free arm.
Anyway, I had a terrific time unpacking my new sewing machine. It was amazing all the accessories that it came with! All of the presser feet were a bit overwhelming at first. But now I have spent a bit of time on it, I’m finding it’s actually so much easier to use than my old machine. I love the automatic functions like the needle threader and the one step drop-in bobbin. I’m really enjoying my new toy.

Sometimes I can keep on reading for several hours. Little by little, I find it is harmful to my eyes. Then one friend introduced Amazon Kindle to me. My journey of enjoying Amazon kindles began.
My Amazon Kindle weighs only 290g, with the size of 7.5in x 5.3in x 0.7in. I can easily take it in my handbag. Therefore, I can enjoy reading wherever I am. Compared to other E-books, I find the words are the same clear under the sunlight as in anywhere else. It is also energy-saving. I usually charge it once a week. I think it is a product with high price performance ratio.
After using Amazon Kindle, my eyes are not hurt with long time reading any more. And I am thinking to let my son have a try. There are already lots of students in his class become nearsighted because of heavy tasks. I appreciate very much for my friend’s recommendation.
Just Bought a Rotary Clothes Line
Monday, January 30th, 2012In the summertime I hate drying my clothes in the dryer. It is already so warm inside and the dryer just heats up the house even more. It is also usually so nice outside; I feel I should utilize the sunny days to dry my clothes. I just bought myself a rotary clothes line so that it will be easier to hang all of my clothes and bed linens outside to dry. Not only will this help keep the house cool, it is also good for the environment and my electric bill. Hanging clothes to dry outside makes them smell so good and they seem much fresher than normal. The rotary clothes line that I bought is strong and sturdy so I can hang many items on it at once. It even rotates when the wind blows. The only downfall I can see to this product is that I will not be able to use it when it rains.

I know talking about a switchboard mat is not something that you get up in the morning and decide to do that day. You do not get online with the intention of writing about a safety mat, it just doesn’t happen. Yet here I am doing just that.
Not too long ago I was told that I needed to put in this type of mat for my employees around the large electrical machinery and the fuse boxes. It was a safety inspection that was required to land a contract I was bidding on at the time.
I installed the mats begrudgingly, and I did win the contract. Yesterday, out of some quirky twist of fate, we had a large electrical storm. One zap to our parking lot and everything went funky in the plant. Thankfully, everyone standing on the mats was not hurt by the electric surge. It was a bad enough zasp to warrant a call to the fire department. When they arrived they said if those mats were not in place, they would be arriving with ambulances right now.
